NEW! Check out the new "Community Resources" page. This is a place where you can find a directory of links and recommendations for a host of useful things, including commonly used Government entities, local medical/emergency information, weather and road conditions, local resident recommendations for food and other businesses, and services offered by tour ISLA neighbors. Do you have a service, business, or local recommendation that you'd like to share with your neighbors? Contact Clark Gardner to have your business or community service listed.

Do not leave trash by the dumpsters - Pack it in/pack it out! If you have visitors, please inform them of the rules and provide them with access to a dumpster or make other plans for trash removal.
2025 has been an active season for our local bears. Residents are encouraged to be aware of recommendations by CPW (attached) for bear safety around your property. Residents are also requested to make every effort to "bear-proof" your dumpsters below the entrance of ISLA. Volunteer efforts to keep the trash picked up are always appreciated. Additional resources can be viewed at the following CPW link

DownloadCattle have been released on nearby BLM land. Please be aware that Colorado is a right-to-ranch state and a fence-out state. The outermost boundary of Indian Springs has no maintained fencing and is not required by Covenant to have or maintain one. If you don’t want cattle on your property, it is your responsibility to fence them out. Please be aware there are legalities to consider when dealing with livestock that aren’t yours, so plan your actions accordingly. There are some resources that you can use to make complaints concerning livestock. They are: Brand Inspector: Brice Lewis - 719-221-2071 Colorado Department of Agriculture, Brand Inspection Division 303.869.9160 www.ag.colorado.gov
